Questions we get asked before people engage us.

How long does the process take from brief to hire?
Typically 4–6 weeks from when we receive the brief to presenting a shortlist. Final hire including reference checking and offer usually happens in week 5–6. We work faster than most recruiters because the psychometric screening eliminates the back and forth of traditional shortlisting.
Do you work with businesses in any industry, or just specific sectors?
Any B2B industry. Our psychometric benchmark is built on B2B sales data, not sector-specific data. The traits that predict high B2B sales performance are consistent across industries. SaaS, professional services, legal, manufacturing, logistics, health tech, we’ve placed across all of them.
What happens if the hire doesn't work out?
Every package includes a replacement guarantee, 4 months on Sales Scout and Synergy, 6 months on Mastery. If your hire leaves or doesn’t work out within that period, we replace them at no additional cost. No blame, no fee negotiation, just a new search.
Why is your pricing structured as monthly payments rather than a flat fee?

How is psychometric benchmarking different from a standard personality test?
Most personality tests measure general traits. Our methodology measures sales-specific behavioural competencies, 18 dimensions that predict B2B sales performance specifically. We also benchmark against your role and environment first, so we’re measuring fit to your context, not fit to a generic “good salesperson” profile.
