Behavioural Coaching Guides

Unlike a new piece of equipment, software or a new process, your people don't come with a Users Manual. And whether it's getting a new person up to productivity or guiding an existing person to higher-levels of performance, so much of the coaching work is based on 'best-guess' and takes months to properly diagnose.  At Justified Talent we're big believers in the notion that 'Prescription without diagnosis is malpractice'. And that's where our Behavioural Coaching Guides come into play.


At Justified Talent we use the ProfileXT® as the engine of our Behavioural Coaching Guides. ProfileXT® rates as one of the most predictively reliable psychometric assessments in the world today  - with a reliability coefficient of .82 (and test-retest norms of .95)  


The Behavioural Coaching Guide process consists of:


  • Your team member/s undertake an online 50-minute self-assessment which measures their cognitive ability, behavioural traits and occupational interests;
  • The assessment has an inbuilt candour scale and will alert us if the individual is attempting to present an idealised version of themselves;
  • On completion the platform scores the assessment immediately and then conducts comparative analysis against the chosen Role Benchmark;
  • Reports are generated - to the individual (with no comparative data - just a description of their overall character) - and to you, with comparative data, identifying their percentage fit against the benchmark and providing 20+ pages of detailed coaching advice, unique to that person, in that role;
  • We will also debrief you and provide our suggestions in terms of priority and more 'how to'.
